The first thing that comes in our mind when we hear the ‘sport’ is an activity with a lot of physical activity and skills. Its brings positivity to ones health and also now its a source of entertainment.
DO WE NEED SPORTS?
Personally, I love sport. I enjoy both team and individual sports and have always loved to spend time outside in the fresh air. Creates a positive impact on mental health. Or the other way round sports is important because they allow members of society to see the way that following rules can lead to a victory, and they also give people the opportunity to compete against each other in a low-tension environment. Sports can be an outlet for people when they are dealing with aggression, but they can also be an instrument for people who need to have structure in their lives. Sports teach us teamwork, boosts self-esteem, and improve your patience level.Sports is fun. Sports teach a lot. And at the same time it keep you fit mentally and physically. So every individual should go for some sport or the other.
MY EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF SPORTS
I played Badminton for around 7 years reaching to the State level and representing in other cities. Those 7 years were something that made me learn and improve a lot. I was physically weak with low stamina and I used to get really tired earlier. While badminton improved my stamina and built up a stature it gave me an inner peace.
